About four years ago, Law 4469/2017 introduced the tool of the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism in the Greek institutional framework for dealing with corporate insolvency. The legislator’s ambition was for the out-of-court mechanism to play a leading role in restructuring the debts of viable businesses. Since then, the above law has undergone several amendments, while maintaining its physiognomy. Our office provides the opportunity to its clients for the consolidation of their business finances, but also for themselves through their inclusion in the program of the Out-of-Court Mechanism, in the context of the restructuring of their business.
